Our tots program is taught by 2 of our most patient, child-friendly coaches. The children vary in age and skill level, and the course is directed with attention to those differences.
Our tots learn basic body positions and beginner skills that serve as progressions to more upper-level skills. The Tots classes use all apparatus, including the apparatus of the opposite gender in order to build strength and over-all knowledge.
