This course is for gymnasts ages 18+. This course outlines all levels of gymnastics, specialized for the gymnast. Coaches have experience in high and low level technique, and are devoted to making it fun and aerobic, while keeping a relaxed atmosphere. Attendence is flexible, and prior engagements are understood.
Adults also have the opportunity to compete in local, district, and national meets. In years past, Sokol Omaha adults have traveled to Crete, NE; Pittsburgh, PA; Cedar Rapids, IA; Chicago, IL; Toronto, Canada; and many, many more. Adults can attend junior-sponsored events such as (supervised) gym sleepovers and camping trips.
